Short Term Rentals - Two Bedroom Suites 30 E Huron Suites (112977) Unit #4104 (112977) Unit #1509 (Unlisted) The location is prime right downtown, Located just off Michigan Avenue (Mag Mile). Near all the shopping and restaurants that Chicago is known for. The Building address is 30 E Huron, the units are on the 41st and 15th Floors. The units are equipped with a flat panel tv, wfi internet, a king size bed with memory foam mattress, a queen size bed from Room and Board (Local high end furniture store) and a fully stocked kitchen with Granite and Stainless steel appliances. These are both two bedroom 1 bath units The units are corner unis, surrounded by windows and awesome views from every room! There is also a dining set for 4 and a sleeper sofa if needed in the living room. There is a 24 Hour Doorman, Workout and a great Italian Deli right in the building.
There is a maximum of 4 people including children. There is a one time $95 cleaning fee and 11.9% tax (On room rate only) If you need parking, it is available for $25 nightly (With in and Out)(Limited Spaces) Also... There is a Refundable $350 Booking/ Damage Deposit that is separate from the total. This deposit is needed to hold the unit! If you are paying with paypal or a credit card there is an additional 3% handling fee added to the total. *NEW* Alternatively you can pay with an ACH payment (Check by Phone) for no additional fees! Otherwise you can send us a cashiers check or Money order. Pay Booking/Damage Deposit Here! Also.. we want you to know that by staying with us, you will be giving as well. We gladly donate $$$ for every reservation to a local charity of our choice, In 2008 we gave over $3,000 to the Save the Children foundation and in In 2009 we gave $2880 to The Children's Memorial Hospital and made a real difference in peoples lives!
