Short Term Rentals - Three Bedroom Suites 175 N Harbor Drive Suites (145065) There is a one time $95 cleaning fee and 11.9% tax (On room rate only) If you need parking, it is available for $25 nightly (With in and Out) paid in advance/limited space. Taxis are easy to get with the help of our fabulous doormen! Also... There is a Refundable $500 Booking/ Damage Deposit that is separate from the total. This deposit is needed to hold the unit. If you are paying with paypal or a credit card there is an additional 3% handling fee added to the total. *NEW* Alternatively you can pay with an ACH payment (Check by Phone) for no additional fees! Otherwise you can send us a cashiers check or Money order.

The kitchens are granite or may have a faux finish or white, and they all have flat panel TV's,cable TV and towels and linens. There are two king size beds a queen size bed and a queen/full sleeper sofa! The building has a business center, massive 24 hour fitness center and an indoor lap pool. Garage parking is available as well for an additional $25 daily (with in and out.) Note...Parking is limited. The location of the property is fabulous! Easy access to McCormick place for conventions, walking distance to the theater district, Art Institute of Chicago, Adler Planetarium, Spertus Museum, and of Course Millennium Park. There is a beautiful park next door to the building that used to be a 9 hole golf course and is now a great place to sit outside, and relax. There is also free wifi in the park! Shopping is just a few blocks away on Michigan avenue (Mag Mile) or walk another block west and shop up State Street Also.. we want you to know that by staying with us, you will be giving as well.
