Six of us stayed for a week at this wonderful condo in the sky. The views at all times of day were an experience in themselves, as we couldn't stop looking out the many windows and being in awe. We figured out bus/El schedules pretty quickly and it was easy to get from the condo to any place we wanted to be. Arlyn was extremely in tune with any requests we had and was on top of any glitches that needed unglitching! Beds were sooooo comfortable, the bellmen helpful, and the weather brisk, but lovely at this time of year. We had a great time in Chicago. The view from your condo was simply remarkable during the day and especially at night. We had the best of both worlds with stunning views of the city and panoramic views of Lake Michigan/Navy Pier. The size of the condo was perfect; we were able to fit three families very comfortably. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and usability of the apartment. The door man was very helpful and answered a variety of our questions. The overall experience was absolutely great and we would highly recommend our friends and family to stay at 175 N Harbor Drive.

I researched many condo options but selected yours because the unit has two king size beds, parking under the building and a location that couldn't be beat! The unit had everything you had advertised, including wonderful doormen to help us during our stay. I also appreciated how quickly my deposit was returned.

I can't say enough good things about Arlyn or the condo!



We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was perfect in all aspects: great location, awesome views, was gorgeous & in excellent condition. My siblings & their spouses made 3 couples who each had our own private spaces (bedroom & bathes) as well as more than adequate common spaces (kitchen, living & dining area) for gathering as a group. And the price was very reasonable compared to the many other places I checked out. Everyone in our party thought it was perfect (even my brother-in-law!!!).



Arlyn was great to work with. Very accommodating even with a ''problem'' client as myself. We had some trouble communicating via email...for some reason my provider was not letting me accept his replies. So, every time I had a question (which was often) he would call me with the answer in a very timely manner.



We had a wonderful time in Chicago & can't wait to go back. We will most definitely use Arlyn & that condo next time.

We had a wonderful trip to Chicago and the stay was definitely a high point. The apartment was perfect in every way. The view is absolutely beyond compare and you had provided for everything that we could possibly need for a weekend stay - from the Music docking station, the in-unit laundry machine, the internt hookup (altho we did not use it), the well stocked kitchen etc. The linen and towels are high quality and the place was very clean. Having a grocery store in the building was a major help since we had kids in our group. Our friends from the UK were delighted to stay at the unit and had high praise.

Your city blocks seem much smaller than ours so the 'loop' that I saw on the maps was really not that far away from your place. Your place was terrific. We just got back and had to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults in our party and we had more than enough room. Can't say enough about the views, especially at night- it was breathtaking. The conviencence of the location was another plus, as was the public transportation almost at your front door. All the doormen were so helpful, they are a great asset to the building. We all thought this was much better than staying in an old stuffy hotel-and we hope to be back real soon. We had a fantastic time this week in Chicago. The apartment was so spacious and the views were amazing. We watched the fireworks Saturday from our living room window.


So much better than cramming our large family into two hotel rooms -- and less expensive!



I just wanted to confirm the $500 security deposit will be credited back to my MasterCard you have on file -- the one it was charged on originally. I believe we left everything in


tip top shape. We even had maintenance come by and replace light bulbs in the kitchen and supply sink stoppers that were missing. They were very prompt and courteous by


the way.

We really enjoyed your condo. Since our group was primarily women, the only suggestion I have is to hang a mirror in both bedrooms. The bathroom was a bottleneck for hair and make-up. Having a mirror in the bedrooms would free up the bathroom for its intended function.

This was a beautiful home with an excellent location near Grant park and downtown. Very upscale, spacious and comfortable.



We stayed here for the Chicago Marathon, which was great. Plenty of room for three couples. Walking distance to the race start and finish. Lots of room for supporters to meet in the living room after the race.

We would definitely stay there again. We got in there late and it took us a while to find it, then we went to the garage first and then to the desk - which we found out was not the way to do it. Thank goodness the garage guy and the guy at the desk took great pity on us and were very very nice. I'm sure they both thought we were really bumpkins!



So now that we have that all figured out and we could find that building easily we would definitely stay there again. My kids had a great time watching the cars below out the window and picking out different buildings. They also loved the pool. Everyone was so nice to my kids. The desk guys both mornings asked my daughter about the cheer competition and the standings and told her good luck.

expectations and was cheaper, more comfortable than a hotel room. It was


nicely decorated, the air conditioning and WiFi were saviours, and the


location was amazing. Having the red line 1 block away from us was perfect


and we got the opportunity to eat a couple of meals in Old Town only a few


blocks away where the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The parking


space was peace of mind for us. We didn't drive while in Chicago but it was


nice knowing that the car was close and secure. Even your staff was


pleasant and helpful at the key pick up point. Thanks again and if we need


a place to stay in Chicago again we know where to go. I would recommend

Yes it was a nice visit to 1509. Terrific location with views of Needless Markup on No. Michigan Ave. Close to the red line subway and walking distance to the art galleries at River North. We really enjoyed the apt. it was much nicer to spread out. The location was great! The only feedback about improvements would be an ESPN channel and on the doors where the doorknob meets the jam the silver plate sticks out catching on clothes etc and I imagine would be a problem for samll kids. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it too! thanks for everything and the super prompt return of our deposit, take care-
